Hi all,

Looking for some help on this issue. I've got an iPod nano connected to Sync3 in my 2016 GT PP.

The other day, I downloaded some new songs on the iPod but Sync3 can't find the new songs after I reconnected.

I couldn't find a re-indexing screen, so I rebooted the iPod. Now Sync3 can find about half the new songs from a whole album that I added. Weird.

Anyone know of a solution? Thanks

I've never had that happen before, but you could try re-associating the iPod with Sync.

Hey wyo351,

There's a program available to download from your SYNC account called Sync My iTunes. I recommend downloading it to help index the music on the iPod. To do so, log into your SYNC account and click on SYNC AND VEHICLE FEATURES and then CHECK FOR SOFTWARE UPDATES. Scroll until you see Sync My iTunes and follow the download instructions.

Keep me updated!

Ok, I wasn't able to download the program from my SYNC account, so I ended up doing a master reset and now songs are indexed.

Hopefully I don't have to do this every time I download new music.

Thanks again for the help!
