Sync 3 - Voice activation and text read back issues

Over the last couple weeks, I've had a few instances where the voice activation will not work. I hit the voice activation button, volume cuts out on the radio, but no ping and it won't recognize anything I say. I've tried restarting the car, making sure the entire system shuts down but that still doesn't work. It has always come back the next day.

A second issue that I think might be related to the first is the text message read back (android phone). When a message comes in, the radio cuts out but the prompt does not come up. When I manually go to the message, it shows as unread but I can't view it or hear it read back.

Has anyone had this issue or known of a solve?

I recommend resetting the module to resolve your issues. To do so, Select radio > Hold the power button (center of the volume knob) + the right-seek button at the same time for up to 5 seconds. If the reset doesn't fix the issue, then you'll need to take the vehicle to your local dealer.
