Sync 3 4’ to 8’ conversion forscan issues

I put in the new system yesterday and today I went to forscan to get the drive modes. After it was completed, I saw that my miles till empty said 999. Also when using carplay after forscanning, I realized that the audio sounds a lot different and when i try to use the skip button on the steering wheel, it doesn’t skip the song but it skips the radio channel and plays the radio instead of carplay. Does anyone know what would’ve went wrong or how I can fix this?

The audio and skip button fixed after i master reset it but the miles till empty are still stuck at 999 miles.

When you disconnect the battery the miles to empty gets funky. Drive the car to see if the miles goes down

When i refueled, it went to 425 miles till
empty and before it would be at 200 something max

Wait a few cycles. The computer is learning mpg habits again.
