Switchback white running light issue

my right side switchback bulb isn't working properly. The amber light functions properly, but the white running light doesn't turn on. I've tried switching out different bulbs, but that doesn't seem to fix the issue. I think it also messes with my right rear tail light sometimes. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
