This looks great and I'm sorry I have a long standing commitment that prevents me coming on the 23rd.
Just a thought that the numbers you are now looking at will need some organised marshalling as you will probably fill the car park especially if there are already some 'normal' punters and/or staff or residents' vehicles parked. From memory the roads immediately around are double yellowed. Apologies if you've already got this covered and I'm teaching Grandma to suck eggs.

I am in contact with them at their HQ and they have already organised extra staff and a part of the restaurant that will be for our own use. I am loathed to even ask them if we can have the whole restaurant booked just in case we have 10 or so no shows.
I the figures still look around the 35 to 40 mark nearer the time I will discuss options for parking and seating with them.
The meet only works for me if we can all park in the car park for pics etc.

It is one and a half bays per car for Mustangs isn't it?
As long as mine is on an end, I am fine.
Drove round local retail outlet for about 30mins on Sunday looking for an end bay. Mrs had to get out before I parked as I was right up hard to the privet hedge.
