thanks everyone for the advice and brainstorming. I ended up re-checking the fuses in pass. floorboard from bottom up. i checked #13 it looked fine. as soon as put it back i hear buzzing and activity. i immediately touch s/s button and dash and guages come to life. i jump in drivers seat and car stars right up. i'm not sure what disengaged the circuit initially or why nothing worked the first check of the fuses. maybe being a 3 blade fuse it only goes in one way. weird
