Stripped Screw Head - belly pan

2019 GT PP1. Had all but one of the screw bolts and push pins removed and the last one has a rounded head. The last one! Need to pull the belly pan to get at the HE up front on the pass side.

How do I get it out?

can you cut a groove/slit into the head and use a screw driver to get it out? only thing i can think of, or vice grips if you can get them to lock onto the nut head.

short of failing that. i guess the next step is a screw extractor, which is probably going to be a huge PITA
