Well, looks like we may be moving, so I won't get to install my Procharger setup for a month or two. I have the Procharger stage II kit with id1000s sitting in the garage, along with oil pump gears, crank gear, head cooling mod, and romac harmonic damper (mmr stuff). Since I won't get to that stuff for the time being, should I stock up on any other parts that will make my life easier by going in at the same time as all that?

For example, I was reading about the hard pipe that replaces the rubber inlet that can get sucked into the blower...should I order one to install when I do the kit?

Anything else that should be done while the above parts are being installed?? Since I have this newfound time to plan, I want to be sure I do things right!

Travis stopped making the hard pipe :( I would worry about it getting sucked in. After holding it in hand I am not worried even a little about that. Grab a boost gauge or the boost+ if you have an ngauge. I would suggest a 4.3 to 4.6 t-bolt clamp for the intake pipe on your PC. Actually just buy Tbolt clamps for all the piping. I am going to replace all of mine. Do you have a BAP? If not get a JMS.

Thanks, any idea how many clamps I'll need??

no BAP - but gonna be making stock boost and am limited to 91 over here in CA, unless I go FF - so not sure how that would affect my other fuel system choices...

About 7 clamps in the 3.5 to 4 in range. I was going to count them up this weekend so I'll let you know for sure.
