Hey all
So, I got a new private plate for Xmas and have fitted a square plate on the front.
Fitted it in same place as old one, centre of bumper, and not that happy. Bend is too much for it so I put some spacers at each edge and you can see these from above.

I know there is the sto n sho option....anyone know if there is a UK supplier?

Not sure if it will work with steeds front splitter? And are there fixed options. Not too worried about the 'sto' bit

Looks like Amazon has the US version which I'm guessing is the one you'll want. But it aint cheap @ ÂŁ150, compared with $85 from CJPP. Need to make sure you get the right one though - there are several, based on what panel is underneath.

I'm sure someone in the US would have fitted with the Steeda splitter.

Other option would be aluminium plates, get a nice bend in those :)

The `import` square plates just dont cut it for me, and i am a number plate freak !.. its attention to detail after all..
Just dont look right on the front of a new mustang.

I have a 5 digit plate and i will be having this made up greatly smaller for the front, and short for the back.

In all my years of hot rods and performance cars, never got tugged once.

Just need to decide plastic, or if a can find short metal plates ..?
Oh and buy some decent double sided tape from yr local motor factors..not the cheap shite either.. I have had a dual pack for a number of years, about 3mm thick and 20mm wide, super sticky stuff..

I have the US GT PP sto-n-sho but not sure what you'd need to go with your splitter. I like it but appreciate its not to everyone's taste. It also steals another three quarters of an inch ground clearance. One of the specialists on SMUK might be able to offer up a fitting solution as they have them popping out from bumpers an everything ;)

My front plate fell off in a car park, I declined to do 180 mile round trip to sort it so dealer "arranged" for me to go to a Honda dealer in the same group. They knew nothing when I turned up but sorted it anyway.
When the rear fell off in my garage got them to send me heavy duty double side tape. Had my wheel set for winter tyres delivered to the Honda dealer.

As an alternative, take a look at Craigs Custom Bracket (just google that).

Its what I use, and having had a sto n sho, I prefer the Craigs item.
