I love my Toyo T1R's. Very good tire for daily driving and sticky when you want to get on it. The Toyo R888 is a pretty badass tire as well.

I've always been a huge fan of the Michelin Pilot Super Sports. They're an excellent tire for anything you'd throw at them.

Sticky tires
When you say sticky, are you street racing, drag racing, auto crossing or track driving?
From past experience with the FR500 and 2011 Shelby on the track we used Bridgestone 050A tires, tread wear factor 140. Any stickier and you go to Hoosier's. Good lasting tire even at 5/32nd. Great in the wet. And they come in a 285 profile that will fit you wheel.
The Nitto 05s are good but they do wear quickly.
