Technically the first one is best, but I do feel its a bit questionable to be allowing watermarked photos in to the competition that have clearly been taken by a pro or pro-am.

For that reason, I didnt vote.

I can see where you are coming from but the comp was open to all and I think it's nice to see some great photos. It's a fun promo and having rules about who can and cannot submit would probably start to suck the joy out of it.
