I have a Steeda shifter bracket in perfect condition.

Installed for about a week.

I will be getting an MGW soon, but for those of you want to have a better firmer shifter feel, this is perfect.

How hard is the install and does this improve the 1-2-3 shifts clunkiness?

The install is a breeze if you have access to a lift, on jack stands it's a little challenge but not bad at all. Yes, the shifts are much smoother and have more of a click in and out of gears.
