They're about the same spoiler.

Steeda's is no-drill but I've been waiting 2-3 weeks to hear when we can even start ordering a painted one and nothing still.

May just order the OEM and drill it instead of waiting 2-3 more months.

I was torn between the same two spoilers as well, but I decided on the Track Pack because I wasn't sure how well the tape and sealant would hold up over time. I also have a black car, so the gloss black finish on the Track Pack suited me better as well. I had it installed at a shop because I didn't want to mess with drilling the trunk. I was nervous about having holes drilled in case I didn't like it as much, but after seeing it finished, I'd never go back. The spoiler makes the car come alive and just looks like it belongs. No regrets whatsoever.
