I'm having the front tri-bars done (so they're used as my drl's) not the back - I'm going to try tinting the back first, but Gary is trying to convince me to get those done too [emoji12]

I'm leaving my car with Gary, he's removed my lights & sent them to caniggia, who'll convert them and send them back. That's why it'll take a couple of weeks, as my lights have to back & forth, rather than me buying a new set...
Ah sorry, thought you meant the rears obv, well i suppose getting them done wont be half as much as the backs anyway, hopefully that conversion is a bit more straight forward except you lose your car for a few weeks, would be well worth it if it pays off

Oi you lot, stop hijacking my thread lol

Stark yank the clutch spring, it transforms gear changes to something magical
Big_G I am very tempted by this but going to put a few more miles on first and see if I can get the feel for it. I just don't want any hassle with warranty crap if say the clutch were to play up etc then they would point to me taking the spring out.....

Considering that other cars DRLs are bloody blinding and all sorts of wonderful shapes, the Mustang one's that we have ended up with look nothing like DRLs.

Just looks like I've left my parking lights on.

What's all this about a clutch spring, mine changes gears perfectly. Must be 'cos I have come straight from butch early 90s tech not like you soft lot :D

Removing the Clutch Assist Spring helps remove the 'judder' that you can feel on 1st to 2nd Gear Changes.

Makes the Pedal around 25% stiffer but you can feel it being a lot smoother.
Just done mine there & you do notice the difference - I quite like a heavy clutch pedal :clap2:

Hi, no I dealt with Gerry & Ross @ Evans.

Gerard was great to deal with, although you will know more about your delivery using Etis & emailing Karen etc. than chasing the dealer. :headbonk:

Yeah thats for sure, i dont think ive had much bother from them really, probably since as you say karen has pointed me in the right direction, you taken the car round strathy yet or that no longer considered a safe thing to do?
