Stage 2 comp cams with boss 320r springs

Got stage 2 comp cams and boss springs ready to install , my question is at 55k miles on the engine and staying NA is there any reason I would want to install new lash adjusters and "rocker " arms .? Don't want to spend the $ on them if its not needed..
