Squeaky motor mounts when warm...I think.

Just got the car and it only has about 300 miles. About 50 miles ago I started noticing a squeak coming from the engine after the car warms up. It's more noticeable at very low speed going over small bumps. It's also noticeable when I rev the engine slightly on the wind down portion. Also when I shut down the engine, that last half a second of wind down is pretty noticeably loud. Sounds like there's mice in there. Install cat?

I'll be dropping it off at the dealer to get it checked out but wondering if anyone's had this before so I know what to expect.
