Squeaking noise when hot around 2k rpm

hi 6Gs. I’m having a squeaking noise near 2000rpm when engine is hot .


Does it only when engine is hot ( like after a 5min drive )

Any idea what could it ? Belt ? Turbo ?

I will remove my turbo inlet intake tonight and see if I have any « whobble » on the turbo wheel.

That just sounds like your bypass valve opening when you lift off the thrott!e.
Check the bypass valve and hose for leaks.

Bypass valve on the Intake tube ? Yes , the recirculating tube was plugged . Could it be a leak from any pipes related to intercooler ? This one on passenger side (under coolant tank$’) looks suspicious

Is it a constant sound or is it just happening off throttle?
It is not unknown for the charge pipes to need a tightening.

Happen when I’m around 2-2500rpm and when engine is hot; but it’s not always happening . I can hear it while driving sometime . dealership checked my transmission and everything is fine for them ..

Stock tune and intake .. Ford said nothing was wrong .. I looked into the turbo and ..

That wheel definately ate someting.
I wonder if the other side has similar damage.
Time for a rebuild I think.

I blew my last engine in January and got a brand new engine under warranty . Long block with new turbo on the invoice . Bet they keep the new turbo and put back the old one .. but if it’s indeed the case : it would be illegal no ? Any way for me to know if it’s my new or old turbo ? Also I’ve been 100% stock since January and only put 10000 km on it .
Ugh Ford .
