Spray Paint for OEM Textured Finish?

Just wondering, does anyone know of a spray paint that would match the OEM Textured Matte Black Finish that is on the Cowl/Battery Covers? I am trying to do something and i am trying to find paint that would provide a finish that is similar to the factory plastic color.

SEM trim paint its no joke.. it not like a high texture you have to do what texture you want by spray tech.. i use it in work all the time even sprayed my lower on my rear bumper matches perfectly with the rest of the trim plastics
