I've looked but all I can find is vague ideas as to mounting depths, so I'm going to try a different approach.
What sets of three way components has anyone installed so far? We can get mounting depths from their spec sheets and post the deepest ones where anyone can find the data.

Edit:
So far I have these from a set of Focals
mounting depth:
2-5/8" (woofer) / 1-3/4" (midrange).

I thought that I read that 2 3/4" was the max depth. If you use a speaker bracket, that will keep your speaker from going that full distance in. Mine were 2 1/2" and I had no problem at all, with no bracket.

That makes sense, as 2 3/4 would be 1/8 more than the depth of that Focal. It looks like we've got max depth of the woofer. Now if we can verify the mid, we're all set.

My 3.5s were Kicker were 1 5/8 top mount depth. No way they would have fit without reusing the bracket that is already in the car. Luckily, thats a pretty easy thing to do.
