Seeing as one has not popped up in the V6 section yet, has anyone played with copper spark plugs? Coming from the Duratec Focus (apples to oranges I know) upgrading to Autolite AR copper plugs netted a dyno proven increase of 4-6whp at the expense of longevity (interval is 30K vs. the 100k stock Motorcraft plugs). While it is a small gain, doing the n/a thing is about total maximization.

Yes indeed. I am just giving an update. Unfortunately after looking everywhere I have not been able to find a set of readily available copper alternatives (let alone a set that is 1 heat range colder). The only thing I was able to find was the Champion RES9YCC4 http://www.sparkplugs.co.uk/champion-spark-plug-res9ycc4 which I could not find any specifications on. So until more options are available I am sticking with the factory Motorcrafts. I will update this thread once again if I find more copper alternatives.

Wrong reach, those are for a Ford Focus. Our Cyclone plugs need a 25mm reach. The AR103s are way too short. What I am looking for is something comparable in specs but with the reach of our plugs (25mm).
