Spare Tire Specs

Hey,
Don't really care if this would fit in the spare tire well, but would like to have it just in case.

Would there be any issue with this rim fitting on the front or back of a GT with PP?

Size: 19x9
Offset: 45mm
Backspacing: 6.77"
Bolt Pattern: 5-114
Rec. Tire Size: 255/40-19

I'm looking too. I was hoping ford would have one soon. Perhaps a kit with a Jack.
