I received an email from the customs department of Sovereign Speed stating that my stuff arrived. Doesn't say which port.
I believe a few minutes on the phone would save days of back and forth emails.
The phone number in the signature block of the original email is disconnected. After a Google search I make phone calls but no one can help me.
I sent email replies to Sovereign everyday and on the fourth day received a response asking for my phone number which I provided. There was a new signature block with a functioning phone number I called. Apparently they are only open Monday thru Friday 1200 to 1600. I have called that number everyday and sat on hold for hours. They have yet to call me.
