Long tory short - I was involved in a no fault fender bender in traffic jam today. Woman rear ended me at maybe 5mph. Very little damage, but her license plate bolt took a chunk out of my rear bumper cover and chipped the valence. Cops and her laughed it off, but I take pride in taking care of my stuff.
Has anyone removed/replaced a rear bumper cover - is it hard to do? I've done the front handful of times. I filed a claim with her insurance company, she admitted fault to me - we'll see if the story remains the same. She was at one point a wanted woman: http://patch.com/new-york/portchester/police-unlicensed-driver-left-scene-of-port-chester-accident
Not sure what a body shop can do to fix it, maybe some sort of fill - but just wanted so see if anyone's dealt with a rear bumper removal.
Thanks!
