Side mirrors won't adjust up

So I noticed recently that my power mirrors will adjust in every direction but up. If I adjust them down manually they will come back up if I use the memory control. Otherwise I have to force them up by hand.

Wasn't this way new. Anyone else have this issue?

if both sides are doing the same thing then the switch is most likely bad.

Ah crap. Both sides are the same so it looks like it's going in the shop.
