Side mirrors start moving on their own when I unlock the car (intermittent)

'16 GT premium with memory mirrors. Sometimes when I unlock the car, the mirrors start moving on their own inward and then when they can't move any more I hear "click click click click" as if they're stuck. Pressing the memory button will fix this. This happens maybe once every 5th time I get in the car.

Any idea of how to fix this?

Ford has an SSM on this, SSM 49217, to reprogram the driver and passenger door modules.
