That's true but there is no chance of a new motor for the Mustang platform at this time going forward until the next gen, if there is another gen of ICE. There may be depending on the outcome of the election, but even if things change in the direction of the country, that would be years out and wouldn't happen till the next gen (maybe 2029 or 2030). Be glad we still get a RWD V8 platform or stick with your Scat and be happy. I'll be happy with both and supercharge one or the other, probably the Ford.

How so...LOL After 14 years of basically the same engine its about time to infuse some excitement as also this Coyote 5.8 would make a lot of F150 buyers happy who want V8 sound and some Torque but dont like the V6 turbo option....!
Go away, troll. Just. Go. Away.

Electric cars are dead as you can see Tesla laying off workers and even engineers and pretty much close down their supercharger network...Biden wanting to put 100% tax on chinese electric cars , it's either ICE or chinese made electric cars...So if the legacy brands want to stay in business they better focus on their core strength instead of focusing on stuff where they cant compete or because the government that can be voted out says so...Look at these electric trucks for more than $100K pulling a trailer having less than 100 mile range...That says it all about the electric "future"...LOL Ford needs to invest in some new tooling where they can cast and machine blocks allowing for more Bore space...Easy as that ! And even Stellantis will learn their lesson that the Charger wont sell in the numbers Charger/Challenger did for the last 15 years way ahead of Mustang and Camaro/Corvette until they offer a V8 again...Back to the Future !

LOL Something must be going on at Ford for sure looking at sales and chief designer who was in charge of the S650 Anthony Lo gone....Here they get some free consulting on how to turn things around and also make some F150 truck buyers happy wanting some Torque with their revs not loving V6 Ecoboost "sound"...Have a good one as the Brotherhood of muscle is a thing of the past or better , dead...We have to look for love at different places...LOL Mustang , M2 , 911 $$$ Not much left as in new hardware unfortunately !
