after taking apart the console and getting to the actual oem ebrake boot and cutting the zip tie off, you have to basically use all your muscle to pry the stock ebrake off with a big ass flathead... not too bad yet
well turns out the set screws in the new handle don't even reach that metal part
so I ended up putting a zip tie on the bottom and wrapping about 5-10 layers of duct tape around the bare metal part so the new ebrake handle would fit snug and the screws could catch on something
after a much longer than planned afternoon mod...
wish they would have included some installation instructions or some actual proper hardware for how much it costed
