Shift Indicator Light During Daytime? Forscan tweak?

I like how the tachometer face lights up red when you approach 7500 RPM, however it only does this at night when myColor is active. Does anyone know of a way to make this happen during the day also? Maybe it can be done with Forscan. I am autocrossing the car next weekend, and this would be very helpful.

That is not a shift indicator... That is an approaching redline indicator. If you're using it to shift you are already too late on the shift and hitting the soft rev limiter.

I know that it is not technically a shift light, but it comes on in my car at 6500. When in sport plus, and manual shift mode, it works perfect for a shift light. I have used it a lot at night, haven't hit the limiter yet (7500 on the 18s). I want to have it work during the daytime so I don't have to take my eyes off the course.
