Hey what I've done is installed a t harness at the back of the stock head unit and I wanting to run an amp to power the doors and front tweets and maybe rear decks what amp should I use to do this have seperate amps for subs
Are you planning on replacing the factory door speakers with aftermarket speakers? Also are you planning on going fully active with your setup (each speaker has its own separate channel)?
Great! This is exactly how I have mine set up. I have two 4 channel amplifiers and one dedicated amplifier for my subwoofers.
It's totally up to you on what amplifier you choose to go with. I'm not big on naming brands because everyone has their own taste and budget as well. But my personal opinion is go with an amplifier that is truly rated for the power at RMS no matter what brand you choose. I'm big at looking at test on YouTube and basing my decision on that.
If you're looking for some really good compact amps that deliver what they promise, you can look into amps like the Rockford Fosgate T400X4ad which is a 4 channel amp that I have powering my two front tweeters and two front 2 inch mid speakers, they're excellent compact amps.
