Good luck with your shoulder surgery Greg. Yes, it did help and I tried to workout like I had before. My knees let me know, and yes I’m going to continue rowing gears and taking care of my knees.Really surprised loosing that weight didnt get you back on track. I say get knee fixed before you end up driving a rascal loaded into a hadicap van.
I just got done cleaning my car up one last time before surgury. Getting right shoulder replaced wednesday. Plan on shifting car in march.
