SCT X4 failures

After doing some digging, it seems there's a fair amount of X4 failures. I went to upload my race tune from Lund last night, but the X4 needed an update (which it needs an update every single time I plug it in.) So I went to update it. Update failed. Reset everything and now it's got the comm error and I have to send it back. Out of warranty, so it's $100 to fix it. For a 300-400$ device...

I updated mine (X4) the other night over WiFi but luckily I didn't have any issues. I couldn't update the PC software (device updater) though. I was getting a incorrect file hash error after it tried to update the software.
