So.. being the idiot that I am , i Scratched my car against the garage door entrance. I'm assuming a touch up pen doesn't fix this? Feels a little rough.

Advice?
Sorry for the large image size. unsure of how to make it smaller.

Ouch hopefully you get it resolved, if you want it done right it should be sanded down and repainted. Touch up is a good alternate route but it will stick out indefinitely with the amount of lost paint.

looks like it will just polish out. get a DA and some polish and go to town on it first.

I've done this before against the garage in other vehicles and often the paint from the garage door gets left ON the car....

Try a light Clay bar compound or rubbing compound, and I will bet that that will rub off....

My bet is that's your garage paint your looking at not your primer below the paint....

Report back....

Use cleaner wax first. Then pick up contaminates with clay bar. Then polish then protect with wax. Keep applicator or towel clean.

Doesn't look deep enough for rubbing compound. And polish carries no cleaning agent.

My wife an daughter do this weekly, thank God it's just the Honda Odyssey. I use goof-off and then go back and polish and re-wax as the goof-off will remove that with the paint scuff.

Looked like a paint transfer more than a scratch to me.
A little mild polish should take it right off.

If you have scraped more than once, may I suggest you buy the same color as your car from your body shop and paint the offending garage entrance? LOL
