Scosche kit users - need help quick

I'm in the process of installing my Scosche dash kit and head unit. HVAC plugs wont plug into the module. The big plug is smaller than what it's supposed to plug into. The other looks like it's the right size, but won't plug in. Am I missing something, or did they send the wrong module?
