Estimated precision. Love it! I’ve Been known to employ similar process from time to time.
I've been working on Audis and Porsche for a while now — and sometimes, the torque-specs have -snapped- bolts. Now, keep in mind, that's with the ridiculous amount of aluminum (especially Porsche) used for fasteners on certain brands.

Replacing the Guibo resolved the return of highway-speed vibrations that I had only otherwise felt when my factory-clutch hub springs checked out (at 76.5K, meat still on the disc). It's the little things — when spinning at ridiculous RPM — that make such a difference.

I believe a quality 1 piece shaft such a Steeda or Q carbon fiber will not have any increased NVH and will remove that added bearing and the slop of a 2 piece shaft.
I have not heard good things regarding the DSS products however.
I've heard some dissatisfaction with DSS drive shafts — and some elation too. But the amount of people that said it eliminated drive-train "slop", but felt -increased- NVH discouraged me from simply just "getting one" when the Guibo wore out. A $200 new OEM-like Guibo and an evening's time after work in the service-department resolved my issue (thankfully 🙏).

I’m not in any rush to replace mine either but will do so when I install long tubes and the factory exhaust. Might as well while I have it on the lift with everything else out of the way. Also planning on installing the MGW shifter at the same time so it makes sense. Between the new shifter, new steeda mounts, Lmr brackets and QA cf driveshaft I expect the entire driveline to feel considerably “tighter”. This may come with a little NVH but the improved performance and connected feel should outweigh any minimal NVH feel.
