running lean

has anyone throw a code for running lean with a catless down pipe and a tune?

I have. Turns out I had an exhaust leak at the turbo flange to downpipe connection. The O2 sensor was making the car freak out. I checked the code on the accessport and it was a lean condition.

Idle was lumpy and the exhaust smelled like unburned fuel.
