I know we have a Race Red's with Stripes thread so how about one for Ruby Red's? I am getting ready to special order a California GT in Ruby Red and will be striping it so I'd love to see what the community has!

What color stripes you planning on getting?

I'm thinking of getting dual gloss black stripes or dark gray/graphite that go nose to tail but I have seen some nice combinations on other cars. I want to give it a more aggressive look. The one thing I am thinking about is that the heat extractors on the hood are black with the California package so I want it to look good without being overkill on the front end. I also like the dual stripes that are outlined with very thin stripes on both sides. Decisions.....decisions......lol.

I've ordered the stock silver stripe - and I'm really hoping there's someone else out there who can show me what that looks like. I have another 3 months before I see my car even though it exists apparently!

Works okay for me on the Ford.com configurator Gary - this is my car (although in the UK we don't get the hood vents)

UPS just delivered my set of Big Worm Super Snake stripes in matte black. Hopefully I can get them on this weekend, along with a tint.

Would like to do gloss black Lemans Stripes on my Ruby. IMO most of the 6G's I see, the stripes are not fat enough which takes away from the appearance of the car...
