I have done some research and I really could not find definite answer. I'm just about to purchase 19 roush supercharged mustang( dealer installing) and the sales man said 5/60000 warranty. I've had a friend who is getting the motor replaced and the car is Asis, cannot get the warranty anymore.
Can anyone get me the actual info?
Thanks!

If your installing a Roush kit, unless somethings changed Roush offers a 3yr/36000 mile Power Train warranty on a dealer installed kit.

Their 5yr/60000 mile warranty is only on the cars they build.

So it is not a one time warranty? It's what happened to my friend

The warranty offered by Roush IIRC is the same basic $7500 max coverage on the engine, $1500 each on the transmission and rear that's been offered for years,

So yes the engine replacement would max out the engine part of the warranty, He will still have coverage on the transmission and rear.

It's not the best warranty but at least he got a replacement engine out of it.
