Roush Spoiler on a convertible.....

So if any of you have noticed, the convertible has it's third brake light on the back of the decklid....

but the roush spoiler basically would cover it up. I still want to get it anyway, despite the fact that I'd lose an auxiliary brake light. I could convert my current reverse into a 4th (third in my case) brake light like many do.... someone either talk me into this or talk me out of this..

basically i want a spoiler for my car, and only like ones like the roush and CDC that go on the back of the lid partially. the rest all look badly tacked on when they're on the top of the decklid...

I'd be all about the CDC, but it's a ton more expensive than the roush painted.

You open yourself up to liability if someone rear-ends you after you have disabled the auxiliary brake light...might just be a very costly mod.

could you even install the roush spoiler on a convertible? Wouldn't there be like two holes you need to drill exactly where the 3rd brake light is? Also if you even installed it, probably wouldn't look right. Have a feeling that some of the lens would be shown under the spoiler.
