RHD exhaust manifolds (or headers for our American cousins)

We all know the conversion to RHD required a tighter header design to clear the steering column. However is there an aftermarket header, freed from the constraints of cheap mass production that fits RHD cars? Are Milltek producing something for our small but passionate market?

Milltek are working on one and I believe there are some vendors in Australia who already have solutions.

I guess it might be optimistic to assume the stainless works headers might fit then....
I will hold out for milltek to guarantee correct fitment before making a purchase methinks
