Reputable tuners in or around Westchester, NY?

Trying to decide if I'm going to go with Ford Performance Power Pack 1 or just bring my car somewhere for a dyno tune. My car ('16 GT PP) is mostly stock except for some chassis stiffening, lowering springs, Airaid CAI, Corsa Extreme Catback. I don't track it and I'm just looking for something conservative and relatively inexpensive to make the car a bit snappier around the streets. Not looking to bolt anything else on, hence my consideration of the power pack 1 instead of 2 or 3.

Any place I can call near me where I could pick a tuner's brain on which is the better bang for the buck? Thanks.
