Recommended motor oil for EcoBoost

I noticed that the Owners Manual recommends Super Premium motor oil for Canadian vehicles but Premium Synthetic Blend for US vehicles . Can anybody shed some light on why synthetic is not recommended in Canada ? What are most of you using ?

I don't know what Motorcraft Super Premium is, but US calls for synthetic blend regardless of whether it's an Ecoboost or GT. Just there to save money over a full synthetic I assume.

I would just run Mobil 1 full synthetic.

Mobil 1 is not recommended. It breaks down in faster in high heat. Check the Blackstone results.

I recommend Motul Xcess 8100 100% Synthetic
