Recommendation for 2016 mustang gt mods

Stupid question but to do the OA do I need to start the car before toggling it on? Or just the start ignition button and plug in the procal tool.

Sorry it’s been too long; hopefully someone else with a power pack can chime in. I would guess the car just needs to be on but the engine not started. But don’t take my word for that.

That's right. The Procal tool won't communicate with the car if the ignition is off.

Ok ignition on but not engine.. toggle octane switch to on and wait for whatever .....turn ignition off unplug procal and done...
