Rear left tail light stuck

My rear left tail light is stuck as if i'm breaking (only the very left one)
i tried disconnecting the battery nothing happened. tried breaking and releasing, turning on and off the emergency indicator no luck. Can anyone help with it? its really annoying me. Going to the dealer will be my last option since i don't really trust dealers.

Dealer. The circuit is bad.

Remove the inner trunk liner on side where tail light is bad. Very easy to do, just remove the push pins and move liner out of way.

With vehicle off and after liner is removed, unplug the harness from the light assembly. Plug it back in and test the light functionality. If it's still on indefinitely then yes the assembly has a bad circuit or shorted board.

Yes. the dealership said he replaced the tail light under warranty.
