I did mine this past weekend. I used the widest prying tool, as shown in the photo above, to pop the first tab on the left side of the deck lid. Once I had popped that one, I used my left hand to get behind the deck lid and slowly popped the other tabs one at a time.
My brother helped me to keep the trunk from moving up and down.
Overall, it was super easy to do. Just take your time and definitely lay down 2 or 3 strips of tape to protect the paint and metal when using the pry tool. Like I said, I used the tool to pop the first tab because I wanted to avoid damaging the paint and metal.
