So I order a gt350 track pack styled spoiler from late model restoration with excitement and joy. Thankfully shipping was very quick!

However, today the package finally arrives and I open it up excited for the task ahead (once I get it painted), but to my dismay there are no instructions for drilling or install. Just some nuts and bolts.

How the hell am I supposed to know where to drill the holes? I don't have x ray vision. I can't just "eye" it and hope for the best. I cant ask the lord baby jesus to use his powers prayer to to help with te install. I am dumbfounded.

Anyone else by chance have instructions I can use? I'll pay for the shipping.

It was intended as a direct replacement for those who have a spoiler already. If you have a GTPP then you will have to drill holes out, or take too a shop and have them install it.

Make a paper template with the holes marked...

Yeah i thought about that, but I'm not super comfortable about drilling into the car the way it is. If I made my own template I would probably end up with 10 extra drill holes and still have a misaligned spoiler.

Sent you a private message, Not sure if you still needed the Template. I believe i still have mine that came in the box, I'll look for it if you need it.

OK. I thinks it's easier than you might think... You know for sure where two holes should be since they're accessed under the plugs in the trunk lid. These will act as a reference for you to lay your paper template that you make based on the spoiler's fasteners.

I'll be doing the same thing on Monday when mine comes...

OP, to be fair this may have nothing to do with LMR. They merely resell the parts, not box it themselves.

WHAT'S IN THE BOX

(1) GT350 Spoiler
Locating Template
Installation Hardware

FYI, if you paid $550 for the Ford one for it you got ripped off.

If you bought a 3rd party "350 styled" spoiler, it is up to the manufacturer of the product to give you a template or not; typically not
