Was working fine and never had this problem. Car has 2100 miles.
Got back in my car and the radio screen is black with the time. It syncs with my phone but nothing works. NO audio, radio, bluetooth, etc. Tried restarting the vehicle, nothing. I have the base audio system (no touchscreen)

the hell do I do? Should I unplug the battery?

going to bring this up with engineers

I have a long ass 4+ hour drive tmw no radio will suck.

This has happened to me, coincidentally around the same mileage. It came back after the car sat for about 30 min.

If that doesn't work, you can always try disconnecting the battery for a reset.

Mine as well. Almost like the power button was not working. Phone synced and made calls. Came back on after 20-30 minutes drive and trying the power button every few minutes

Don't forget to mention it next time you are in for service, even if it continues to work. Could be a circuit issue or software bug. The more that it is being reported, the more likely the engineers will be asked to look at it.

Thanks definitely as if the power button is not working. I'll reset the battery and then see what happens during the day.

Same thing happened to me on Monday. The screen was blank but showed a date of 03-03-2000. After about 30 minutes it started to work again. When I spoke to one of the Tech's at the dealer he had no explanation for it.

Welp I am having the same issue head unit acts like the power button no longer works. Weird thing is if I remove the CD and put it back in, it will play for a few but than when you shut the car off and get out and lock the car cd player still plays for a few mins. I swear I really wonder what Ford did get right with these cars this will be my cars 5th time in the dealership and 3rd problem at under 3k I am right at 2600ish right now
