Questions about My project 6GR set up

Finally made the jump from stock rims and tires. I went with the seven spoke double staggered from project 6GR/N4SM. Two thing that are bothering me. The first is the amount of weights used to balance or should I say the placement. Second is the OCD in me, the lug projection from front to back is not the same. I guess to some this might be petty but shouldn’t they match?
Thoughts please.

Looks like they keep the concave the same front and rear and just add the extra material on the inside for the offset differences. Interesting.

IIRC the rears are actually deeper. Might have something to do with clearing the front bearing dust cover, but I can't remember why exactly.

I think they look great, but I'm a little biased.
