Do the calipers get stripped to bare metal prior to powder coating? They appear to be anodized. I have the 6 piston Brembos.

Well talked to the powedercoating guy at work and got my answers. The guys at the Chem Cleaners will degrease and glass bead the calipers. After that we will mask off a few spots around the piston holes and powder coat it. After that the sign shop will make me some new Brembo stickers. might get them painted on though with a stencil because I suspect heat will destroy stickers.

Should look great.

The bake is going to ruin all your gaskets and seals if you don't take them off. Regardless, you'll need to rebuild the calipers after bake.

All seals and pistons removed prior. When you say rebuild, I assume if you left them in. There is no reason anything would change from a bare caliper being powdercoated.
