Question for info on window sticker

Does any one know what the #'s mean that are below where it says SPECIAL ORDER on the bottom of the window sticker and to the right of where it says what type of shipping . On mine it says convoy then a bunch of numbers and letters that end with 03 31 15. Could this be the date it is shipped? I dont remember seeing them before today.

The only one I can tell you is the date. On mine that's when it completed "In Order Processing" which is the last step before going into production. Check COTUS and it probably shows 3/31/15 for yours.
