So when you have your car wrapped, how do they handle areas like door jams, under hood, and inside trunk lid? Like when you open up your doors, do you just see the factory color and the vinyl wrap just cut off in a straight line? If this is the case, it would make wrapping a bright color like my yellow look pretty shitty every time you open the door. I've seen pictures of cars that have been wrapped, but they only show the outside of the car with all doors and trunk and hood closed.

depends on who is doing it. Most don't include the jambs, but if you pay extra they can. In most cases they have to remove the door to the door jambs correctly.

With money anything is possible but is it worth it I mean do you care if the door jambs are different color for say $500 extra?

A talented installer will remove all of the trim and components, wrap them, and wrap all the door jambs, etc. etc...

Vinyl Images here in St. Louis wrapped our 2015 Mustang, and they didn't miss a single spot. Their incredible attention to detail is what makes them on the best in the country.

They even did the inside of the doors themselves, not just the door jambs.

We've had the wrap for over a year and it still looks brand new
